How frequently do you see patients?
That is on a case-by-case basis. We aim to work with you enough to ensure swift progress, but no more than necessary. We respect your time and we want to be as effective and efficient as possible. On average, we see patients between 2 times per week to once every other week.
-
Do you take insurance?
To offer the best, individualized care, we do not currently work with insurance. However, we do provide Superbills which you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
-
What if I don’t have access to a lot of equipment?
We will adjust based on what you have available to you. Although access to world class and/or cutting edge equipment is great, it is often unnecessary. We may recommend purchasing some equipment if absolutely necessary, but we will always adjust based on what you have access to.

Can I transition from Physical Therapy to Performance Coaching?

What can I expect from a Performance Therapy session?
We will perform an in depth assessment to identify the root cause of your symptoms. We will then utilize an individualized, integrated, and multifaceted approach to help you get better as fast and as effectively as possible. Each session is one-on-one for 1 hour.

What can I expect from a Performance Coaching session?
We will perform a needs analysis to see what areas you are already perform well in and what areas are limiting you from achieving your goals. After about 1 week, you will have your personalized performance program delivered to you.
